Delegate David Bulova's
2015 Legislative Survey

Dear Constituent,

Your opinion is very important to me.  This year, the General Assembly will take on a number of issues that will affect our daily lives, including how to balance our state budget while protecting core services, whether to expand Medicaid, changes to campus sexual assault policies, proposed gun safety legislation, stronger ethics rules for elected officials, and redistricting reform -- just to name a few.

Please take a few moments to let me know where you stand on these issues by filling out my 2015 Constituent Survey.  I hope you will also join me for my annual Town Hall meeting on Saturday, January 31st at the Fairfax City Hall.  Visit for more details.

1. Should Virginia expand its Medicaid program to provide health insurance to approximately 400,000 individuals, with the understanding that the federal government will pay a minimum of 90% of the cost?

2. Virginia's budget revenue is projected to be less than originally expected due in part to cuts in federal spending.  How should the General Assembly address this shortfall?

Check all that apply.

3. What areas, if any, should be spared from budget cuts, if possible?

Choose up to three.

4. Hydraulic fracturing, or "fracking," is used to release natural gas from the earth by injecting a pressurized liquid into a well to fracture the surrounding rock.  What best describes your position on this practice?

5. New transportation services like Uber and Lyft use part-time drivers summoned through web applications.  What best describes your position on these services?
