2.  Virginia's budget revenues are expected to be about $3 billion short of projections out of a biennial budget of $77 billion, so expenditure reductions will be necessary. Where should reductions be taken? Check area(s).

4.  Virginia also faces a transportation funding crisis. The Department of Transportation estimates that Transportation Trust Fund revenues will decrease by more than $2 billion over the next six years. More than 80% of General Fund spending by the state goes to five areas: K-12 education, higher education, health care, public safety, and corrections. To address Virginia's transportation problems, would you support:
